These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and HX666 (the "Platform", "Operator", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the website at hx666.cam and all associated services, products, features and content offered by the Platform (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise accessing the Services in any manner, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Services.

HX666 is designed for use by adults who meet the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 3 below. The platform is intended to serve players across Pakistan, including users in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar, subject to compliance with applicable local laws.

In these Terms, the following expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

Use of the HX666 Services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied concurrently:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Services. The Platform enforces mandatory age verification through the KYC process.
• Single Account: Each individual person may maintain only one Account. Creating duplicate or multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Personal Use: Accounts may only be opened and used by the natural person to whom the Account is registered. Use of an Account by a third party, including family members, is not permitted.
• Jurisdiction: You must not open or use an Account if doing so is prohibited or restricted by the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to assess the legality of online gambling in your location before participating.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not attempt to open an Account if you are currently subject to a Self-Exclusion order on the Platform or on any other gambling platform where such exclusions are relevant to this Platform.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship or otherwise lacking contractual capacity may not use the Services.

To access the full features of the HX666 platform, Users must complete registration and satisfy the Platform's Know Your Customer (KYC) verification requirements.

4.1 Registration

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure.

4.2 KYC Verification

KYC verification is mandatory prior to processing any withdrawal request and may be required at other times at the Platform's discretion. Documents typically required include:

• A valid, government-issued photo identity document — most commonly a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport for Pakistani users;
• A proof of residential address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement, dated within the last 90 days), where required by the Platform's verification policy;
• A selfie or liveness verification, where required, confirming that the account holder matches the submitted identity document.

Documents must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's official, secured HTTPS verification portal. You must never send sensitive identity documents via unencrypted email, third-party messaging applications or unsecured chat channels unless explicitly directed to a verified, secured upload link by the Platform's authorised support team.

4.3 Document Integrity

Submission of altered, falsified, cropped, obscured or otherwise modified identity documents is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable Pakistani and international laws. HX666 will not process any withdrawal associated with an Account where document falsification is suspected, and may report such activity to relevant authorities.

5.1 Deposits

Users may deposit funds into their Account using payment methods made available in the Platform's cashier at the time of the transaction. The availability of any specific payment method — including those contextually referenced on this Platform such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — is subject to change without notice. These payment brands are referenced for contextual familiarity only; they do not endorse, support or facilitate gambling transactions on behalf of HX666.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the Platform and communicated in the cashier at the time of deposit. You are responsible for verifying your payment provider's own transaction limits, fees and eligibility rules before initiating a deposit.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to accounts or payment methods registered in the same name as the HX666 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Before any withdrawal is authorised, the Platform may require full KYC completion, verification of the payment method and confirmation that all applicable wagering requirements have been met.

Processing times are provided as estimates only and may be affected by internal review processes, banking procedures, public holidays or technical issues. The Platform does not guarantee withdrawal completion within any specific timeframe.

5.3 Currency

All Account balances, deposits and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated in the cashier. Where cryptocurrency deposits are accepted (subject to cashier confirmation), the PKR equivalent is calculated at the rate applicable at the time of transaction; the Platform does not guarantee any specific exchange rate.

The following general rules apply to all betting activity on the HX666 platform. Market-specific rules are available within the relevant market pages on the Platform.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. The Platform does not guarantee that any specific market will remain available or that advertised odds will not change prior to bet acceptance.
• Bets placed on markets relating to Pakistan national cricket, PSL franchise matches, ICC tournaments, football leagues, UFC events and other sports are subject to the Platform's sport-specific rules as published in the relevant market.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or venue change, the Platform will apply its standard event-settlement rules as published on the site. The Platform's settlement decisions are final, subject only to the dispute process described in Clause 15.
• The Platform reserves the right to void any bet placed in error (including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds), place bets under review pending investigation, or refuse any bet at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to network latency and may be rejected if the relevant event outcome has already been determined at the time the bet is received by the Platform's servers, regardless of what the User's device displays at the moment of placement.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout amounts per event are set by the Platform and displayed in the relevant market. These limits apply per selection and per account.

From time to time, HX666 may offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions or other promotional incentives (collectively, "Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the Promotion is offered.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the Promotion-specific terms.
• Maximum Bet: While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum permitted bet per round, selection or event is as stated in the specific Promotion terms. Breaching this limit may result in forfeiture of the entire Bonus.
• Game and Market Contribution: Not all markets and game types contribute equally toward clearing a wagering requirement. The applicable contribution percentages will be stated in the Promotion-specific terms.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirement expire on the date stated in the Promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds and unmet wagering balances are forfeited without recourse.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain Promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount withdrawable from Bonus-derived winnings. This cap, where applicable, will be stated in the Promotion-specific terms.
• Minimum Qualifying Deposit: Most Promotions require a minimum deposit — a typical illustrative threshold is PKR 1,000, though the actual applicable minimum will be stated in each Promotion's specific terms.

7.2 Promotion Integrity

HX666 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any Promotion at any time and without prior notice. The Platform may also withhold or reverse Bonus credits where there is reasonable suspicion of abuse, including but not limited to coordinated betting strategies, multiple accounts or use of automated tools.

HX666 is committed to maintaining a responsible gambling environment. The following protections form part of these Terms and are mandatory where applicable:

• Age Gate: Access to betting and casino Services is strictly restricted to persons aged 18 or older, or the higher minimum required by the operator's license jurisdiction. The Platform enforces age verification through its KYC process and will close Accounts found to belong to minors.
• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits via the Account panel. Limit reductions are applied immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Controls: Users may enable session time-out periods and reality-check notifications from the Account settings panel.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may initiate a Self-Exclusion period directly through the Account panel or by contacting support. Once activated, Self-Exclusion cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.
• Support Resources: If gambling has become harmful, users are encouraged to seek assistance from appropriate professional support organisations available in their area. HX666 will not discourage or obstruct a User from seeking help.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the HX666 platform. Breach of any prohibition in this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether under your own name or using false or third-party identity information;
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading personal information at any stage of the registration, verification or ongoing account management process;
• Using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable law, including but not limited to Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and applicable AML and counter-terrorism financing legislation;
• Attempting to exploit software errors, vulnerabilities, pricing errors or technical glitches in the Platform's systems to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform's betting or casino services;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, sports manipulation, collusion with other users or any activity intended to distort betting market outcomes;
• Depositing, wagering or withdrawing funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity or otherwise attempting to use the Platform for money laundering purposes;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff, support agents or other users through any communication channel.

All content on the HX666 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, software and the overall design and layout of the website, is the exclusive property of HX666 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content from this Platform may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted or distributed in any way to any other computer, server, website or medium without the prior express written permission of HX666.

References to third-party payment brands (Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah), sports leagues (PSL, ICC) and other external entities are made solely for contextual reference. All respective trademarks belong to their owners. HX666 makes no claim of ownership over, and has no affiliation with, these third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HX666 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or goodwill;
• Losses resulting from service interruptions, platform downtime or technical failures;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain adequate account security;
• Financial losses arising from your gambling activity on the Platform, whether or not such activity was made in reliance on information published on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit HX666's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

HX666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time for any of the following reasons, without prior notice where circumstances so require:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, account takeover or any other prohibited conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by the Platform;
• Receipt of a valid regulatory or legal direction requiring Account suspension or closure;
• The Platform's reasonable assessment that continued operation of the Account poses an unacceptable risk.

Upon closure, any balance held in the Account will be handled in accordance with the Platform's prevailing closure and withdrawal policy, subject to any legal holds or investigation requirements. Users may request Account closure voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform holds its operating licence. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protections that may apply under the laws of your country of residence.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, bonus outcome or Account action, Users should first contact HX666 support at [email protected] (plain text — not a link) with full details of the dispute. The Platform will acknowledge and investigate the complaint and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

HX666 does not submit to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts for the purposes of dispute resolution arising from these Terms, but does not exclude any mandatory consumer rights available to Pakistani users under applicable local law.

HX666 reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Reviewed" date. Where the Platform deems a change to be significant, reasonable efforts will be made to notify active account holders through the email address registered to their Account.

Your continued access to or use of the Services following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services and may request Account closure as described in Clause 12.
